    I find it simpler to sleep if I stare at 1 object for a while or look without blinking for about 10-15 seconds it tires ur eyes then u see sheepys and fences haagajajahahahah lol

    Oh, that’s a excellent one. The recommendations I’ve received are to eliminate sugar, caffeine and alcohol from your diet. Cuts down on hot flashes too. Also, exercise is extremely vital.

    I’ve been having sleep problems and I’m trying to figure out the cause. I’ve noticed everytime I’m on a diet I can’t stay asleep and end up sleeping 4-5 hours. Is it because I’m not eating enough food? Or is there another cause?
